  Some items overpriced. An older lady was quite rude and short with me when I asked a simple question. When I went to quickly run & grab the item I asked about I thought it would be okay to leave my few small items at the till but she got super annoyed and said "Kay. You can't leave this here because there are customers in the store." (Mind you there was maybe 2 other people in the store) it made me frustrated because she made me feel unimportant. Then to further my frustration she didn't say much to me the whole time I was at the till because she was too busy chatting to the man behind me. Pretty much threw my receipt at me and left my items falling out of the bag. Not impressed with this poor customer service. I know it's just the Dollarama but it's still not okay.

  I went there with my family. My three-year-old daughter had gotten an allowance and was excited to spend it there...now keep in mind I'm a long-time customer of this store. I go in at least once every two weeks and spend usually around $30. We were walking by the section of dog toys and she started playing with one of the toys with a squeaker. We were then approached by an older lady who rudely asked us in her words to "stop that" I was quite taken back by the way she spoke to us. I immediately threw everything out of our cart and proceeded to leave. I did speak to the manager and she was quite apologetic but I can say I will never return to the store again. That is not how an employee speaks to a customer or a person to a person.
