  Thanks guys. We blew a tire and were from out of town. Fixed in less than 30 minutes . Awesome friendly staff in auto service.

  We had a flat tire in -30 so we limped it here. A very nice mechanic working helped us out for no charge after we had a very stressful day which was awesome. I wish I could give 5 stars but the service at the front desk for automotive is slower than molasses. They seem to only have one person working at all times and the one time I saw more than one person they were all just standing around chatting to eachother. They then tried to claim they were "slammed" and barely helped us.

  Automotive service is a joke. The employee don't care about the customer. They'll let you stand there waiting while they talk amongst themselves. Their automotive techs can't tell their head from their a$$. They have no problem lying to customers saying they'll honour a refund and then tell you they won't. Don't shop here, they don't deserve your business.

  Went in for an oil change, they did a multi point inspection, and found numerous issues with our minivan. Issues that we were told by the seller were non existent. The staff at the service counter were very friendly, and helpful. They resolved all but one issue, that will be fixed in the near future. I highly recommend this location. A big shout-out to the techs that worked on our vehicle, they are, Glen, Brandon, Keith, and all the other staff and management that made our visit less painful, and more enjoyable.

  Special thanks to Keith from the automobile department for helping me out when I ran into the trouble of a popped tire on my way to Edmonton from Calgary. He provided understanding and knowledgeable service that deserves acknowledgement!!
