  I have shopped at this location many times, and have always had a pleasant experience. The staff are friendly and are always willing to help you out, and if they are unsure of how to help they will find the sources needed to assist you. It is one of the cleanest, most organized Source that I have been to. The manager at this store, Steve is a highly respected individual and the store itself would not be up and running if it wasn't for his passion and love for the world of business. Every employee that I have encountered at this store is always smiling and happy to see anyone that comes through the door. The staff is well trained, approachable and warmhearted. By far the best source across the country and I will continue to shop here and encourage everyone reading this review to do the same.

  Mariah, you are so wrong with what the promotion was on for Black Friday. It was for New contracts. Meaning someone coming from a different company such as Telus. Not someone who was going to cancel their plan and then make a new one immediately after to get the promotion. The employee stated she could have gotten fired because that is against the source policy and is considered to be fraud. The reason you got your way with bell is because they are the actual company and can bend all the strings they want. But the source being owned by Bell, the rules are different. Have you ever worked a retail job and been the only employee working in the store while its busy? Most likely not, because if you had been you may have treated this employee with more respect. As far as your comment regarding the employees not being "educated" on the constant changes of a retail store like the Source, especially on Black Friday, I'd like to see you work at a retail store on Black Friday and try to memorize the promotions that change hourly. What else was she suppose to do? Ignore the other customers and wait for her manager to return the call? Her manager wasn't on shift, and therefore has a life outside of work and was occupied at this time and couldn't answer the call. Big deal. She continued working and helping other customers until she was able to assist you again. I guarantee you that this associate, along with all the other employees at this location or any other location or store for that matter would be very pleased if you follow through with never shopping here again. You are a rude, ignorant customer who excepts the entire world to be put on hold to assist you. It's not the employee's or the stores problem that you were trying to cheat the system, and absolutely no one deserves to be treated as poorly as you did to these employees on Black Friday.

  Employees would rather hang-out in the back while the security guard stands beside you and stares at you the whole time, it was odd.

  Went to get a Iphone 7 on black friday, the employee's were not educated on the plans, the first employee I talked to said I need to change my plan to $15.00 extra a month but did not tell me the differences in the plans. Because I didn't get the information I wanted I left and went shopping other places to come back to buy the phone because I had called bell myself to get the information about the plans, When I returned there was a different employee who not only didn't even know that the Iphone 7 was on sale for $0 or if they even had any in the store, so she called the manger who didn't answer, she was the only employee there to help customers and I was "brushed" off because hooking up a phone takes time so I waited ever so patiently only for her to get a phone call from her manger , which seemed he didn't know the phone was on sale either. He told her that she could not sell me the phone because it was for new contracts which is fine i was signing a new contract but she "could get fired" if she hooked up the phone for me, so after 45 min I was very angry and walked out. Not impressed, This is what I get for going to a small town store. In the end I ordered my phone directly from bell for $0.00 so thank you for not wanting business I will never shop here again and let everyone know the troubles I had that not only wasted my time but weren't even true in the end.
