  I got two flat tires on my way home for Christmas on Hwy 2. After being turned away at Fountain Tire. The tire shop in olds was so accommodating and made me feel no pressure as a walk in. There customer service was top notch and they got me back on the road in under an hour. I highly recommend to anyone that's travelling and needs help!

  Traveling up from the lower 48 we felt like our tires were all over the road. Stopped in and Aaron and the team were able to get us a good set of tires on in a timely manner. Best customer service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. If I didn’t live so far away I’d tell everyone to use The tire shop!

  I am upset at this business because I am a struggling college student and it would be nice to know if I need to buy 2 or 4 brand new summer tires once it gets warm again.

  I give this place one star because they are seriously failing at customer service. Got my winter tires put on over a month ago, they never gave my summer tires back, and with no warning! I have been calling every Monday for the last four weeks asking about what happened to my tires, they constantly would say "someone will call you back" and they never did. So I decided to drive down there and talk to them because apparently they have no phone curtesy for customers. I then go into the building, explain the issue for the fourth or fifth time now. And they finally said oh ya we had to throw them out, cause 1 tire was separated.

  Now I understand tires wear and tear all the time, but at least own up to it and tell the customer the truth. And I know for a fact at least 2, possibly 3 of the tires were in good shape, they had no right to throw out all of my tires and not even tell me.

  We brought our daughter's car in after one of her tires blew on the highway. They immediately fixed it and replaced the two front tires with some good used ones they had on hand. Excellent service and very nice people. Thanks for the great deal!

  Asked them to check out my rear bushings because my back axle was very noisy going over bumps. They said they checked it and the bushings were fine. Shortly after I had a look for myself, and the bushing was completely shot (metal on metal). They were friendly enough, but either didn't know how to check the rear bushings or didn't try. Wasted my money taking it to them.
