  Also, where's this PIN code for doing your survey online? What's this contest going on inside and why didn't I get an entry into that upon purchase? All those signs and promotions inside never meant anything to me then. It's really important for the employees to be following up with these promotions! That's how you bring in business! It is not the customers job to be asking for these little perks, they should be presented to them by the staff who work there. Show some interest in company you're working for and promote!

  Worst service to date. Too quiet, they mumble and can't even understand simple order instructions. Won't be going back.

  Their wraps are fine. I've been there 3 times now to order a rice bowl and they've had no rice. First time I let it slide, second time they hadn't even bothered to put any in the cooker, third time I finally asked why they didn't have any and he said they just didn't have any. So I have yet to taste these beautiful rice bowls they've been advertising

  Label your pitas for easy ID at the counter! I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak Regular Pita. They wrap them up and put no marks on the wrapper to tell which is which! Of course they gave me someone else's smaller Chicken Caesar salad pita! Yep, they charged me for the regular Philly which is a dollar or so more. Not worried about the dollar so much as the other customer who had ordered that Chicken Caesar and now they give it to me!

  I should have checked but I had to run. If they just use a Sharpie and write "Philly" or something so they don't mix up their orders!
