  Everything was going smoothly until they found out I was on AISH. After that I was kinda treated like a charity case. To top it off, when all was said and done, I heard the assistant refer to me to the dentist as "that weird girl." Not a good experience.

  This place sucked. The dentist was always tisking and shaking her head at me. She was forever telling me that I had horrible teeth. Then charging the heck out of me. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

  The staff are always pleasant, ensure you are comfortable and continue to make sure of your comfort during your procedures. Sandy is an excellent hygienist, never causes any pain, and has the ability and personality to relax you without even trying. Definitely recommend.

  Horrible place. I went in told them from start all I want is my tooth pulled. The dentist looked at my tooth to tell me I have to wait until infection is gone to get work done. They pushed me to get a root canal done after infection is gone told them I can't afford that. When I left told me it was $75. I asked them what for, they didn't do anything didn't even give me the note I asked for. The receptionist argued with me and told me I needed to pay for time. I told her wasn't going to pay when didn't do anything.

  The only good thing I can say is the dentist did wave the fee. Don't waste your time going there. They will expect u to pay for nothing.

  Dr Gill and her team are nothing short of amazing! I just got my wisdom teeth removed and it went really well! As you can immagine I was a little nervous about the surgery but the staff made me feel very comfortable and Dr Gill is very gentle and kind and always concearned with the well being and the comfort of her patient. I would recommend the Olds Family Dental clinic any day!
